The story of Sabaidee
Sabaidee is a greeting from Laos and Isaan in north-eastern Thailand. It roughly means “hello, be well” — and that's the feeling we want to give every guest who walks through our doors.

Our journey
It began with a family
Our journey started with a small family restaurant — one kitchen, one family and the recipes from home. Dishes cooked for generations, with flavours from Thailand's streets and homes. Word spread fast: this is the real thing.
Across all of Malmö
Over the years we've grown across Malmö — first by Triangeln in the heart of the city, then calm Slottstaden, and most recently Västra Hamnen by the sea. Three restaurants, but the same kitchen at heart: fresh ingredients, authentic curry pastes and a wok running hot.
The same care, every day
Today we cook for thousands of guests every month — but every dish still starts the same way. Vegetables chopped in the morning, meat marinated with care and sauces balanced until they taste exactly right. That's our promise to you.
